Many neurominorities struggle with insomnia. Regardless of the reason, here are some strategies you can consider.

Frequencies

Certain sound wave frequencies, such as 432Hz (Hertz), provided through the app “Calm,” have a neurological basis for initiating sleep. Consider finding a sound track you enjoy with the same frequency. If you use YouTube, just be aware that you will run into ads. This may be a good time to purchase a new track on iTunes!
